Right at the start of the new year, we have an important update for you.
Last week, instant top-ups were sometimes only possible to a limited extent. It could happen that these were not debited from your top-up account but were already credited to your VIMpay account. In this case, the instant top-ups were reversed by VIMpay.
We are pleased to inform you that instant top-ups are now available again without restrictions.

You can now also request chargebacks. To do so, navigate to your
transaction overview and tap on the incorrect direct debit. There you will find the
option "Request chargeback". Please note that chargebacks can only be
requested within a period of 8 weeks. Our support team will be happy to help you!
You will also receive a push notification if a direct debit cannot be debited for could not be debited for various reasons.
Our development team has been busy once again and has made our VIMpay app even more secure.
When you pay with your wearables, you have to enter your PIN after a certain number of transactions or if you exceed a certain amount, even for amounts under €50. Now you can simply reset the limit in the VIMpay app and shop conveniently. You can also adjust your daily limits for devices and will be notified if they are exceeded.

If you are now designing your VIMpay plastic card, you will receive instructions on how to improve readability so that your design can be accepted. This mainly concerns black and white designs, as these often made the PAN of your VIMpay Mastercard illegible.
